The personal data of the Users who sign up for the newsletter are available in the Knowledge Base tab and are processed for the purposes of direct marketing activities of the Service Provider and sending commercial messages to the Users of legal entities interested in marketing their products and services – sending commercial messages about the new content on the Website and conferences and trainings related to the Website and the Knowledge Base – and the basis of this data processing activity is the explicit consent of the Users. If the Users do not give explicit consent, the Service Provider shall not process the data in question.

The newsletter mentioned in Article 2.2. starts to be used by clicking on the link sent to the e-mail address shared by the User when creating a membership through a form available on the Website. The legal ground for the processing of this data is the consent of the User, and the User can always withdraw the consent previously given and stop using this service with immediate effect by sending an appropriate request to the Service Provider in this direction. With each message sent by the Service Provider within the scope of newsletter services, it shares a link to terminate this service as specified (opt-out link option). The Service Provider confirms the start and end dates of the newsletter service with appropriate messages sent to the electronic mail address shared by the User.
