This Privacy Policy applies to the Website located at (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and is addressed to each user (“User”), including registered authors, advertisers and publishers using the Website, or natural persons acting on behalf of publishers or advertisers.
The Website informs that all content on the Website is protected within the scope of protection rights arising from legislation, copyrights or trademark registration and cannot be used in any way without a permission that must be in writing to be valid, except in cases of use for personal reasons.
Activities that exceed the limits of the above-mentioned permitted use are not permitted and such activities will result in legal and criminal liability.

Processing of Personal Data, Purposes of Processing, Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data
The Service Provider obtains personal data of Natural Person Clients or Publishers, Natural Persons acting on behalf of Legal Person Clients or Publishers, and Users directly from data subjects. The Service Provider may also obtain the personal data of the Publisher’s Website Visitors from the Publisher, provided that the relevant data subjects have given their consent to the relevant Publisher. The personal data of the Users who sign up for the newsletter are available in the Knowledge Base tab and are processed for the purposes of direct marketing activities of the Service Provider and sending commercial messages to the Users of legal entities interested in marketing their products and services – sending commercial messages about the new content on the Website and conferences and trainings related to the Website and the Knowledge Base – and the basis of this data processing activity is the explicit consent of the Users. If the Users do not give explicit consent, the Service Provider shall not process the data in question.
The newsletter mentioned in Article 2.2. starts to be used by clicking on the link sent to the e-mail address shared by the User when creating a membership through a form available on the Website. The legal ground for the processing of this data is the consent of the User, and the User can always withdraw the consent previously given and stop using this service with immediate effect by sending an appropriate request to the Service Provider in this direction. With each message sent by the Service Provider within the scope of newsletter services, it shares a link to terminate this service as specified (opt-out link option). The Service Provider confirms the start and end dates of the newsletter service with appropriate messages sent to the electronic mail address shared by the User.
The User, in accordance with his/her preferences and declarations (consents) at the stages of registration on the Website and use of the Website, may give explicit consent for the direct marketing of the products or services offered by the Service Provider by means of electronic communication tools, in particular for sending commercial messages, including newsletters, sent to the recipient identified by the electronic mail address obtained by the Service Provider during registration on the Website or use of the Website.

Storage of Personal Data
Personal data of Users are retained until the User exercises his/her right to terminate the processing of personal data (see Article 5), revokes his/her consent to processing (in cases where processing is based solely on consent), leaves the newsletter service or deletes his/her User account from the Website.
In the event of an actual or potential legal dispute between the User and the Service Provider, the Service Provider may continue to retain personal data that is absolutely necessary for the protection and/or exercise of the Service Provider’s rights and remedies.
